Shipping

Shipments are made by express courier via Mail Boxes Etc. and are subject to successful payment.
Shipments are made throughout the Italian territory, excluding the state of Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino, and in the countries of the European Union. In addition, no deliveries are made in the following territories: Livigno, Campione d’Italia.

Delivery time

The delivery times for Italy are 2-4 working days since the correct receipt of the order or, if no delivery date is specified, those estimated at the time of the selection of the delivery method.
For the European Union the delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks and, in any case, within the maximum period of thirty days.
The shipping terms must be considered indicative and not essential: shipping times may vary depending on the different geographical destinations.

Costs

The shipping costs are charged to the buyer and are highlighted explicitly when the order is placed.

Shipping costs within the Italian territory (Republic of San Marino and Vatican City excluded) are € 4.50. For orders over € 69: FREE SHIPPING.

The delivery is free and can be made directly by the seller in the municipalities of Bari, Acquaviva delle Fonti, Adelfia, Altamura, Binetto, Bitetto, Bitonto, Bitritto, Capurso, Casamassima, Cassano delle Murge, Cellamare, Gioia del Colle, Gravina in Puglia, Grumo Appula, Modugno, Palo del Colle, Poggiorsini, Ruvo di Puglia, Sammichele di Bari, Sannicandro di Bari, Santeramo in Colle, Terlizzi, Toritto, Triggiano, Valenzano and the town of Matera.

Shipping costs in the countries of the European Union are € 29.99. For purchases over € 120, FREE SHIPPING.

Lyings

If the courier is not able to deliver, the order will be sent to the warehouse with notice of the place where the order is located and how to agree on a new delivery.
If this action is not successful, the material must be returned to the headquarters.
All additional expenses and actions to obtain possession of the purchased goods will be taken by the Customer, including the costs incurred by Agribrosis for the return of the goods.
In any case, in case of non-delivery for reasons not attributable to Agribrosis, after 30 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, the contract will be deemed terminated.
